The last exhibition curated by Eberhart van der Laan
One of the last wishes of our late mayor of Amsterdam Mr. van der Laan was to curate an exhibition telling his story on the most beautiful city of the world: Amsterdam. This summer the Amsterdam Museum opened the free accessible exhibition to the public of Amsterdam showing the growing canal city throughout the centuries by displaying several objects, paintings and film chosen from the museum's collection.
To promote the exhibition we've created a campaign image using the maps of Amsterdam from the early golden age building up towards the current state showing the expansion through time. The same maps are used in the exhibition dividing the route in time laps.
